A 5-year-old boy taken from a Roseville school Tuesday afternoon was found safe hours later, Roseville police said.
The boy was allegedly taken by his non-custodial mother and her boyfriend, authorities said.
In a Facebook post earlier Tuesday, the Roseville Police Department said it needed the public’s help finding Jose Lopez, “who was taken from John Adams Academy in Roseville this afternoon. The suspects are believed to be his non-custodial parent, Natasha Lopez, and her boyfriend, Travis James Trujillo.
“They were driving a black 2003 BMW four-door sedan with California personalized license plate, TJT. If you see Jose or the suspects, call 911. If you have a tip for us, please call (916)774-5080.”
