Jack Skokan was last seen around 10 p.m. at his home on the 4100 block of Galbrath Drive, according to a media release from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
Skokan is a white 5-foot-5 man who weighs approximately 160 pounds and has short gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a parka, sweatpants and slippers, all black, and he suffers from a medical condition that can cause him to easily become disoriented and confused.
Though Skokan does not have access to a vehicle, investigators do not know if he left on foot or received a ride from an unknown person. Temperatures in North Highlands dipped into the low 30s overnight, according to the National Weather Service.
