Coroner identifies motorcyclist killed in North Highlands collision over weekend

A motorcyclist who died Sunday in a collision in North Highlands has been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office as 33-year-old Bradley Walker of Sacramento.

Sacramento County sheriff’s deputies on patrol in the area came upon the collision about 4:50 p.m. on Watt Avenue just south of Elkhorn Boulevard.

Walker was southbound on Watt Avenue when a blue sport-utility vehicle making a left turn into a parking lot turned directly in front of his motorcycle and the two vehicles collided, according to a California Highway Patrol news release.

Drugs and alcohol are suspected of being factors in the collision, according to the CHP.
