$1000 reward offered for information on Tahoe jewelry heist

A $1,000 Lake Tahoe Secret Witness reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrators of an April 29 burglary at Simpsons Jewelry Store in South Lake Tahoe.

The city’s Police Department is investigating the incident. During the investigation, detectives discovered a stolen Ford truck that was used in the crime. It was recovered locally.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call South Lake Tahoe Police Det. Doug Sentell, (530) 542-6100, or to remain anonymous, call Secret Witness, (530) 541-6800.
