Sacramento County sheriff’s officials have announced the arrest of a fifth and final suspect in the fatal shooting of 20-year-old Tyrell Hall in July at a hookah lounge on Fulton Avenue.
Detectives have arrested Salvador Ramon Martinez, 19, and expect this to be the final arrest in the case, according to a Sheriff’s Department news release.
Four other people were arrested in connection with the shooting: Frederick Lamont Davis, 28, Tana Dania, 23, Frank Jackson, 19, and James Wallace, 28
Martinez was a close friend of Hall and was standing near Hall during the incident when the gunfight began. Detectives think Martinez initiated the gunfight that resulted in Hall being shot and killed.
