Gregory pleaded guilty in August 2010 and, as part of a plea agreement, agreed to cooperate in the prosecution of the two other defendants. According to federal court online records, a status hearing regarding his judgment and sentencing has been continued several times and is set for Dec. 4.
Poursartip and Shirazi pleaded not guilty and are still awaiting trial. Online court records indicate a trial confirmation hearing is scheduled for March 5, with a jury trial set for April 6.
