A: No arrests have been reported in the shooting death of 22-year-old Gia Quoc Huynh of Sacramento inside a Vietnamese restaurant Jan. 27, 2010.
According to stories in The Sacramento Bee, Huynh was shot multiple times by an unknown assailant about 2:15 p.m. as he ate lunch with three friends at the Pho Ga Hung Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant on Savings Place in south Sacramento County.

Sacramento County sheriff’s detectives said at the time that the shooting likely was gang-related, citing Huynh’s gang affiliation and the amount of gang activity in the area near Stockton Boulevard and the 65th Street Expressway.
Deputies said witnesses described the gunman as a man 28 to 35 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall with a medium build, wearing a dark ski mask and a dark jacket.
