The public can take a survey to rate the service of the California Highway Patrol.
The anonymous survey, which can be accessed at www.chp.ca.gov, is designed in part to develop solutions to potential problems. CHP Commissioner Joe Farrow said the survey could pinpoint issues the CHP may not know exist.
“All professional organizations self-assess in an effort to improve the way they do business and ensure they are providing the highest level of service to its customers. It is no different here at the CHP,” Farrow said.
The short online survey gives the public an opportunity to evaluate the CHP, he said.

The survey asks questions about interaction with officers and dispatchers. It also asks if there is enough CHP protection and patrol.
