Commute traffic on northbound Interstate 5 was backed up for hours Thursday morning after a big rig became disabled on the freeway just south of Sutterville Road, the state Department of Transportation reports.
The truck began blocking the No. 2 lane at 8:29 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. The lane was reported cleared just after 11:05 a.m., according to Caltrans.
