Construction work on a new medical office building in Citrus Heights will affect traffic on Greenback Lane and Fountain Square Drive on Sunday.
The contractor constructing the building for Dignity Health at 7115 Greenback Lane will be raising pre-cast concrete panels to form the walls of the building. To ensure public safety during this operation, lane closures will be in effect from 6 a.m. until approximately 5 p.m. Sunday, according to a city news release.
Westbound traffic on Greenback Lane will be restricted to one lane from San Juan Avenue to Binet Drive.
All southbound lanes of Fountain Square Drive will be closed from Sam’s Club Drive to Greenback Lane. Motorists are advised to use Sylvan and Stock Ranch roads to access Fountain Square Drive.
