The wind gusted to 35 mph around noon at Sacramento’s Executive Airport on Wednesday, but don’t expect anything as strong as that today.
A breeze is expected to be blowing in from the north Thursday at around 7 mph. Today’s zephyr will be in contrast to the high Wednesday winds that had flags snapping and pollen flying.
While winds will diminish, temperatures are expected to be on the rise. After Wednesday’s high of 76, the maximum today is forecast to reach 82 degrees in Sacramento.
