It’s all about the wind Wednesday in Sacramento as breezes from the north are expected to blow steady at about 15 mph with gusts up to 24 mph.
The sunny but windy conditions come as temperatures are climbing. A warming trend, thanks to building high pressure, is forecast to produce a high of 93 by Saturday in Sacramento, according to the National Weather Service.
