Sunny skies, mild temperatures in Sacramento before slight warming trend

Dry and mild weather is predicted for Tuesday as Sacramento enjoys some delightful fall weather.

The high on Monday in Sacramento was 82 degrees. The high Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service, is expected to be 81 degrees.

Those maximum daily temperatures are about normal for early fall in Sacramento. However, the area is forecast to undergo a slight warming trend starting Wednesday.

A high pressure system is predicted to build over Northern California, increasing daytime highs all the way through Monday – Columbus Day – into the mid-to-upper 80s.
