The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for northwestern Solano County and southwestern Yolo County through 7 p.m. Sunday.
The warning stems from a thunderstorm that is producing heavy rain over the recent Wragg fire burn scar south of Lake Berryessa. Flash flooding and debris flows are expected in that area, the weather service said in a bulletin. Officials also warned of rock slides and advised residents to stay away from recently burned areas.
