High pressure is expected to dominate the weather in Sacramento, according to the National Weather Service.

No fog. No rain. No clouds. That’s the forecast for Wednesday in Sacramento as the region enjoys spring-like conditions.

The weather is perfect for a stroll around the neighborhood, dining al fresco at a restaurant and pedaling on the bike trail. The high in Sacramento this afternoon is predicted to come in at 73 degrees.

The only hope for rain in the 7-day forecast is on Friday night. NWS forecasters are saying that there is a 20 percent chance of showers once the sun goes down.
