Gusty north winds are expected to buffet the Sacramento region on Monday.
A wind advisory was issued for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday for the Sacramento Valley. Winds are expected to gust near 30 mph in Sacramento.
Similar to last week, a quick-hitting weather system is expected to visit Northern California. The next system is forecast to move into the Sacramento region on Wednesday and disappear by Thursday.
Snow is also forecast for the mountains mid-week.
