A warm day with a hint of a breeze Friday is expected to give way to gusty winds on Saturday in Sacramento.
A high temperature of 81 degrees is forecast for Friday, which is five degrees above normal for late April. The warmish weather is due to a high pressure system over the west coast that is also bringing fair skies.
The National Weather Service noted that early morning temperatures were running a bit warmer than 24 hours earlier.
Weather experts with the Sacramento NWS office expect that a wind advisory will be issued for tonight and Saturday. The start of the weekend looks blustery with gusts as high as 29 mph forecast for Saturday in Sacramento.
