Sacramento-area residents will be getting some relief from triple-digit temperatures over the next week, according to the National Weather Service.
Bay Area breezes have moved into the region and will help keep afternoon highs in the low- to mid-90s throughout the upcoming work week. Overnight lows will be around 60 degrees.
Saturday’s high is forecast at 93 degrees, with southwest winds from 6 to 8 mph. Winds will pick up slightly this evening, with a projected overnight low of 61.
The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District did issue a forecast Saturday saying that ozone pollution levels will be unhealthy for sensitive groups Saturday, Wednesday and Thursday; the district projected moderate ozone levels Sunday through Tuesday.

Tuesday night: Clear, with a low around 59.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 94.
Wednesday night: Clear, with a low around 59.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 93.
Thursday night: Clear, with a low around 60.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 90.
