The Delta breeze was blowing through Solano County Wednesday morning, heralding a cool start to the day.

The National Weather Service said that temperatures were 6-to-12 degrees below normal at 3:30 a.m. in Solano County. That means the day is going to be mild for August with the high temperature in Sacramento pegged at 89 for Wednesday.

No 100-degree days are included in the 7-day forecast. Instead, maximum daily high temps are predicted to be a little below average for late August.
