A video of a California high school football team making a patriotic entrance to their homecoming game on Friday has amassed over 2.6 million views in three days.

The Sherman E. Burroughs High School Burros took the field Friday night, with each player holding an American flag, to the sound of Lee Greenwood’s God Bless the USA.

The high school is in Kern County.

California native Tina Marie shared the seven-minute viral clip of the walkout on Facebook and wrote about how the procession brought a tear to her eye.

Sherman E Burroughs High School went on to defeat Oaks Hill 20-17.
