Ray McDonald, a former 49ers player, is arrested for the second time in less than a week after police said he was arrested for violating a restraining order by being at a residence in Santa Clara. The former defensive end’s attorney, Steve DeFilippis, said late Wednesday that neither he nor his client had been notified about the restraining order.
