River Cats: Winning streak extends to four

The River Cats score five runs in the top of the 12th inning on their way to a 7-2 victory and a four-game sweep over the Oklahoma City Dodgers. The River Cats return home Saturday to host Tacoma at Raley Field.

Furillo: Cavaliers in deep trouble

Golden State’s deep bench demonstrated its benefits in the Warriors’ 108-100 overtime victory Thursday night in Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Cavaliers. Cleveland’s bench simply doesn’t have the skill or versatility of Golden State. And with Kyrie Irving out for the rest of the series with a broken kneecap, the road ahead looks rough for the Cavs.
