Local college notes: Ex-coach Foster returns to UC Davis

Former UC Davis football coach Bob Foster returns as a consultant during spring football practice, which began Tuesday. Foster, 75, was on the Aggies’ staff for 20 years and also worked as an assistant at Oregon, Cal and Colorado.
