Voisin: Rio more foul than fair for Cousins

At the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, the international referees are giving Kings center DeMarcus Cousins fits. He’s been called for 15 fouls in four games, keeping him on the bench more than on the court. Republic FC: Team wins one for absent coach
