The high school basketball season concluded on March 23-24 at Golden 1 Center for the teams across the state, but the all-star games will continue throughout the spring.

Billed as the "Largest All-Star event on the West Coast," NorCal SportsTV is hosting senior all-star games at Las Positas College in Livermore on Sunday.

There will be four games, a 3-point shooting contest for girls and a dunk contest for boys.

The games pit the Bay Area vs. Sacramento with a 2:45 p.m. girls game followed by the boys at 6:30. Players were nominated by coaches, athletic directors and media members.

The Sacramento girls roster includes West Campus guards Kiara Jefferson (UCLA) and Nia Johnson (Bakersfield), who just led the Warriors to a repeat CIF State championship, and the Folsom duo of Cal-bound guard McKenzie Forbes and UCLA-bound center Shayley Harris. Folsom competed in the prestigious NorCal Open playoffs. Forbes is coming off of a winning effort in the McDonald's All-American game, including taking home the trophy for the 3-point shooting contest.

The Sacramento team also includes high-scoring guards Kelsey Forrester of Davis and UC Davis-bound Makaila Sanders of Foothill. Forward Marie Olson of Oak Ridge, headed to SMU, is also on the roster. The team will be coached by Folsom coaches Lynn Wolking and Sterling Forbes.

The Sacramento boys roster is headed by Sheldon stars Dale Currie and Ronald Agebsar, the seniors helping power the Huskies to the CIF State Open Division title game.

Folsom will be represented by guards Jayce McCain, Martis Johnson and Harvard-bound center Mason Forbes. Folsom reached the NorCal Open semifinals, falling to Sheldon. Jesuit will be represented by forward Elias King and Capital Christian by guards Zach Chappell and Rick Barrows, and Placer by versatile Kai Huntsberry.

The Sheldon staff, headed by Joey Rollings, will coach the team.
