The Kings have traded guard Ramon Sessions to the Washington Wizards for guard Andre Miller, league sources confirmed.

Miller, 38, will be reunited with coach George Karl. The two had a good run together in Denver. After Karl was fired in 2013, Miller fell out with new coach Brian Shaw and was eventually traded to the Wizards.

Miller is averaging 3.8 points and 2.6 assists in 51 games this season.

Sessions signed a two-year deal before training camp but has been underwhelming this season. After a solid preseason, Sessions struggled and his having the worst season of his career.

Sessions is averaging 5.4 points, 2.7 assists and shooting just 34.4 percent in 34 games. He missed time with a back injury, too.

Miller figures to be asked to help boost a second unit that has been disappointing most of the season.

Miller played for Karl from 2003-07 and 2011-13.
