KINGS (20-37)

AT KNICKS (12-46)

THE PARTICULARS

Where: Madison Square Garden

Time: 4 p.m.

TV/radio: CSNCA, 950, 1140

THREE KEYS

1. Watch the middle: Center DeMarcus Cousins has missed two games because a sprained left ankle. If Cousins sits out again, Jason Thompson must play well. Thompson fouled out Sunday, when he replaced Cousins at center.

2. Keep sharing: The Kings are coming off a 24-assist game. In five games under George Karl, the Kings have had 24 or more assists three times. They have to keep the ball moving.

3. More McLemore: Shooting guard Ben McLemore has been more aggressive lately, but he must shoot better than his 38.3 percent in five games for Karl.
