Another win over Lakers in finale, 122-99

Player of the game: Ben McLemore had 24 points, seven assists and five rebounds as the Kings ended the season with back-to-back wins over the Lakers, 122-99, and sending the Lakers to their worst record in franchise history.

Turning point: The Kings took over early in the first quarter and never had to worry against the injury-riddled Lakers.

Key stats: Seven Kings had multiple assists as the team finished with 30, including a season-best five for rookie Nik Stauskas

X-factor: Derrick Williams scored a season-high 22 points off the Kings’ bench.

Records: Kings 29-53; Lakers 21-61

Injury update: Omri Casspi became the sixth King to miss the game and didn’t make the trip (illness). The Lakers were without rookie point guard Jordan Clarkson (sprained left ankle).
