Kings will play Nuggets and former coach Michael Malone in summer league

The Kings will open the NBA summer league July 10 against the Toronto Raptors at Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

The Kings also will play the Denver Nuggets, who hired former Kings coach Michael Malone on Monday, on July 12 at Cox Pavilion and the Golden State Warriors on July 13 at Thomas & Mack.

Teams will be seeded for the summer-league tournament after their first three games. All teams will play at least five games.

The Kings won the summer-league championship last year.
