Kings’ preseason schedule includes game at Rupp Arena

The Kings will play four of their six preseason games on the road, including the final one at Rupp Arena, home of the Kentucky Wildcats, on Oct. 17.

Willie Cauley-Stein, the Kings’ top pick in this year’s draft, started all 39 games for Kentucky last season, averaging 8.9 points and 6.4 rebounds. Kings center DeMarcus Cousins and point guard Rajon Rondo also played for the Wildcats.

The Kings open the preseason at Portland on Oct. 5. The two home games are Oct. 8 against San Antonio and Oct. 10 against Portland.
