The Kings wanted to get out of the preseason without any major injuries but might not be so lucky.
Forward Rudy Gay left Friday night’s preseason game at MGM Garden Grand Arena against the Los Angeles Lakers with a jaw injury.
Gay was hit in the face by Lakers rookie Julius Randle on an offensive foul with 35 seconds left before halftime.
Gay stayed on the court before getting up and immediately running to the locker room.
