Kings dominate Denver, 131-109

DeMarcus Cousins had 30 points and 11 rebounds and Rudy Gay added 29 points as the Kings improved to 4-1 with a 131-109 blowout win over the Denver Nuggets Wednesday night at Sleep Train Arena.

The Kings have won four in a row since losing the season opener last Wednesday to undefeated Golden State and are off to their best start since the 2001-02 season.

The Kings led by as many as 36 points had six players score in double figures including Carl Landry, who had 18 points off the bench.

Cousins only played 22 minutes before fouling out with 11:32 to play.

Randy Foye had 19 points off the bench to lead Denver (1-3).
