OKLAHOMA CITY – The Kings had their five-game winning streak snapped by the Oklahoma City Thunder, 101-93, Sunday at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
The Thunder, who are without seven players due to injury, were able to outlast the Kings after nearly blowing a 17-point lead.
Reggie Jackson led the Thunder (2-5) with 22 points and six assists. Jeremy Lamb added 17 points.
Rudy Gay led the Kings (5-2) with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Gay also had six assists. DeMarcus Cousins had 16 points and seven rebounds. Ben McLemore also had 16 points.
The Kings play at Dallas on Tuesday.
