Kings All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins, the team’s leading scorer, will miss Friday’s game against Houston and Saturday’s game against Golden State.

Cousins has a strained right Achilles, and he will be reevaluated Monday.

Cousins already has missed two games with the injury. He left last Saturday’s loss at the Los Angeles Clippers at halftime when he felt discomfort after grabbing a rebound.

The Kings (1-4) have lost both games without Cousins by double digits, 103-89 on Tuesday to Memphis and 118-97 on Wednesday to Phoenix.
