With DeMarcus Cousins suspended for Thursday’s game against the Miami Heat, George Karl is trying his 10th starting lineup of the season.

Omri Casspi will make his first start of the season at small forward, and Rudy Gay will move to power forward. Kosta Koufos will start at center in place of Cousins.

Point guard Rajon Rondo and shooting guard Ben McLemore will remain as the starting backcourt.

Cousins was suspended Thursday by the NBA for a game for a forearm to the head of Atlanta center Al Horford in Wednesday’s loss to the Hawks.
