Kings vs. Timberwolves

THE PARTICULARS

Where: Sleep Train Arena

When: Friday, 7 p.m.

TV/radio: CSNCA, 950, 1140

THREE KEYS

1. Transition defense: The Kings must be wary of Ricky Rubio, who will look to ignite Minnesota’s offense off the fast break.

2. Big play up front: If DeMarcus Cousins (lower back strain) is unavailable, the Kings will need good games from Kosta Koufos, Willie Cauley-Stein and reserve Omri Casspi.

3. Ball movement: The Kings have been passing well lately behind the direction of Rajon Rondo. That must continue for the Kings to be successful.
