The Kings ended their five-game losing streak by beating the Los Angeles Lakers, 108-101, Sunday at Sleep Train Arena.
DeMarcus Cousins led the Kings (12-15) with 29 points and 14 rebounds. Ben McLemore had 23 points and eight rebounds. Rudy Gay had 24 points and six assists.
Nick Young led the Lakers (8-19) with 26 points. Kobe Bryant had 25 points on 8-for-30 shooting.
The Kings fell behind 79-66 in the third quarter but closed the period on a 15-1 run to take an 81-80 lead headed into the fourth quarter.
