The Kings again will be without an important player, as has been the case most of the season.
Reserve forward Omri Casspi (gastroenteritis) is sidelined for Thursday’s game against the Boston Celtics at Mexico City Arena.
“I still don’t know exactly what I’m going to do,” Kings coach George Karl said of replacing Casspi, who is averaging 11.1 points and 6.1 rebounds. “Boston presents some problems and we’ve got to make sure we’re careful experimenting.”
Karl said he would probably go to a three-guard lineup off the bench early, but said he must keep big men in because the Celtics are a good rebounding team.

“I think Quincy (Acy) or Eric Moreland will probably get some time off the bench,” Karl said.
With the arena at higher altitude, Karl said he’ll use more players than usual.
“It’ll be fun,” Karl said. “I’ll say in the first half you’ll probably see 10 guys and see who’s playing well.”
