Kings’ turnovers lead to loss to Nets

The Kings opened their four-game road trip by losing to the Brooklyn Nets, 107-99, Monday night at Barclays Center.

The Kings have lost eight of their last 10 games.

The Kings (13-18) hurt themselves turnovers most of the night. Sacramento committed 21 turnovers, leading to 25 points for the Nets (14-16).

Rudy Gay led the Kings with 25 points. DeMarcus Cousins had 24 points and 13 rebounds. Darren Collison added 16 points and eight assists.

Mason Plumlee led the Nets with 22 points. Jarrett Jack had 16 points.
