Player of the game: Stephen Curry had 38 points, including his team’s final six after the Kings had closed within six, as the Golden State Warriors swept the four-game season series with a 128-116 victory Saturday night at Sleep Train Arena.

Turning point: DeMarcus Cousins was called for his fourth foul with 9:44 to play in the third quarter and the Kings trailing 65-62. Without Cousins, the Kings were outscored 31-22 the rest of the quarter. Golden State shot 68.2 percent (15 of 22) in the third. Cousins finished with 33 points and 10 rebounds in 30 minutes.

X-factor: The Kings could not contain the Warriors’ three-point shooting. Golden State shot 51.4 percent (19 of 37) from beyond the arc and 56.3 percent overall.

Records: Kings 15-22, Warriors 35-2

Key injuries: The Kings’ Omri Casspi (upper back soreness) missed his fourth consecutive game.
