Player of the game: DeMarcus Cousins had 19 points, 13 rebounds and six assists as the Kings ended the Los Angeles Clippers’ winning steak at 10 games with a 110-103 victory Saturday night at Staples Center.

Turning point: The Kings fell behind 17-9 in the first quarter. After a timeout, the Kings went on a 12-3 run that kept them from being run off the floor early, and they eventually took control of the game.

X-factor: Ben McLemore had 15 points. It was just the third time in his last 14 games that McLemore has scored in double figures.

Records: Kings 17-23, Clippers 26-14

Key injuries: The Clippers were without All-Star Blake Griffin (quadriceps) and center DeAndre Jordan (illness).
