Kings beat Hawks 91-88 for fourth straight win

Player of the game: DeMarcus Cousins had 24 points, 15 rebounds and five assists as the Kings extended their winning streak to four games with a 91-88 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday night at Sleep Train Arena.

Turning point: Rajon Rondo’s layup with 12.9 seconds to play gave the Kings a 90-88 lead. He recorded his fifth triple double of the season, finishing with 11 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds.

X-factor: Willie Cauley-Stein had 12 points, 11 rebounds and two steals. The rookie center has two consecutive double doubles with none previously.

Records: Kings 19-23, Hawks 26-18

Key injuries: Kings forward Rudy Gay missed the game because of a left heel contusion.
