Kings vs. Charlotte Hornets at a glance

THE PARTICULARS

  • Where: Sleep Train Arena
  • When: Monday, 7 p.m.
  • TV/radio: CSNCA, 950, 1140
  • Records: Kings 20-23, Hornets 21-23

THREE KEYS

  • 1. Shooting-guard production: Ben McLemore and Marco Belinelli combined to go 4 of 19 from the floor in Sacramento’s win over Indiana on Saturday. If neither can get going, the Kings might play Darren Collison with Rajon Rondo for better production.
  • 2. Blitz the point: Kemba Walker is having an All-Star caliber season. Sacramento should be ready for Walker, who scored 25 of his 39 points in the fourth quarter and overtime in a comeback win over the Kings in Charlotte in November.
  • 3. Get your Boogie on: DeMarcus Cousins is averaging 32.5 points, 13.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists in January. If Rudy Gay (left heel contusion) is out again, the Kings will need Cousins to carry more of the offensive load again.
