The Kings’ game against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden has been postponed due to a blizzard that is expected to be one of the worst to hit the region in history.

The NBA announced the game will be played March 3. That turns a seven-game road trip that was set to begin March 4 at San Antonio into an eight-game trip.

The Kings play at Toronto Wednesday and will leave the New York area and head for Toronto today before weather closes down airports.
