Carlos Hyde is in uniform and is expected to start today’s game against the Arizona Cardinals.
The 49ers running back injured an oblique muscle early last Thursday against the Los Angeles Rams. He missed most of the first quarter of that game but returned and finished the contest. Hyde had been listed as questionable but practiced at least partially every day in the run-up to today’s game.
His backups are Matt Breida and Raheem Mostert.
As was the case last week, Jaquiski Tartt will start in place of Eric Reid at strong safety while Ray-Ray Armstrong is in for Reuben Foster at weak-side linebacker.
