Downtown Roseville restaurant 105 Noshery announces its permanent closure
Roseville’s 105 Noshery permanently closed Wednesday after serving customers for a little more than two years.
The restaurant owners announced the closure in a letter Wednesday, saying it was a “difficult decision.”
“Everyone is faced with making a difficult decision at one time or another. Sometimes you wait too long to make that decision, pull the plug, cut bait, and find a new fishing spot, which makes it more challenging, but in your heart, you know the decision you’re making is the best solution,” Randy and Lisa Peters said in the letter, posted to the restaurant’s Facebook page.
“We wish to thank the community for the support, kindness, and patronage shown to us over the past 27 months,” they added.
The restaurant was a popular eatery in downtown Roseville, standing out for its commitment to locally sourced ingredients and homemade items such as biscuits, desserts, dressings and sauces. They even cured and smoked their own bacon.
The restaurant space on Vernon Street is now slated to become part of Randy Peters Catering and Event Center, where it will be used to host events such as winemaker and brewmaster dinners. It will also be available for businesses and special occasions.
Gift cards to the restaurant can still be redeemed for catering services and meals.
