Roseville Thanksgiving Turkey Trot still accepting participants. Here’s what you need to know
Update: The spots have sold out for Roseville’s 10th annual Turkey Trot, city officials said Thursday.
Original post: The event is on Thanksgiving Day and includes a 10k and 5k race, with race courses beginning and ending in the Vernon Street Town Square in downtown Roseville.
While there are still spots open in both races, “space is getting pretty low,” said Pam Allen, a spokeswoman for the city of Roseville. She estimated there were about 100 spots left for both races.
The races begin at 9 a.m. for the 10k and 9:05 a.m for the 5k, but participants should plan on arriving by 8:15 a.m.
Registration costs are $40 for the 5k race and $45 for the 10k race.
