Made-to-order Taquitos franchise to open first Northern California location in Roseville

Roseville news

A franchise restaurant specializing in taquitos will open its newest location in Roseville later this year, the first of its kind in the region.

Roll-Em-Up Taquitos has leased a space on 920 Pleasant Grove Blvd. in Roseville.

The franchise offers made-to-order taquitos with corn or flour tortillas: Customers choose between braised beef, citrus-marinated chicken or potatoes with green chilies. They are then topped with cheese and served with a variety of house-made sauces.

Roll-Em-Up Taquitos also offers a variety of popular side dishes, including street corn served with the traditional butter, mayonnaise, and Cotija or with the added option of Hot Cheeto dust and Tajin.

For dessert, churro donuts are made fresh daily, rolled in cinnamon sugar, dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with caramel.

The franchise has dozens of locations across five states. A location is slated to open in Sacramento, too, according to the franchise’s website.
