Ike’s Love and Sandwiches now open in Roseville. Here’s how to get a free sandwich
The long-anticipated opening of Ike’s Love and Sandwiches first Roseville location has arrived.
The popular sandwich-focused chain restaurant is open at its new location at 1132 Galleria Blvd., Suite 120, next door to Stanton Optical and Chipotle Mexican Grill. An opening celebration is planned for 10 a.m. July 27.
“I’ve been wanting to open in Roseville since I opened my very first location because my dad lives around here,” said founder Ike Shehadeh. “Without him as a role model and inspiration, there would be no Ike’s. He’s always taught me how to just make things work.”
To celebrate the Roseville opening, Shehadeh created two new sandwiches: Figure It Out, which features chicken fried steak, Ike’s 16 sauce, avocado and gouda cheese; and Crazy/Psycho/Champagne, the vegan version of Roseville’s signature sandwich.
The first 50 people in line at the opening event will receive a free sandwich, and one person will be selected to win a year of free sandwiches, according to a news release from the chain. For those who join Ike’s Rewards, sandwiches will be available all day for a discounted price of $7.97.
“We first opened in Sacramento in 2018 and five years later we’re expanding to Roseville,” CEO Michael Goldberg said. “The opening day party is always a great time, but Ike has some extra special things planned for Roseville.”
Ike’s offers over 999 signature sandwich combinations and offers options for all kinds of eaters, including meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, halal and gluten-free.
