Drug Take Back Day is Oct. 28. Here’s where you can drop your unwanted meds in Roseville

National Drug Take Back Day will take place Saturday, Oct. 28, and the city of Roseville is offering multiple locations for residents to drop off their unwanted prescriptions.

Roseville High School, located at 1 Tiger Way, and Sun City, located at 7050 Del Webb Blvd., will be accepting medications between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Residents can drop off prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, veterinary medications and vaping devices that have had their batteries removed.

Those who plan to dispose of their unwanted medications are encouraged to remove any personal information from drug containers prior to dropping them at either location.

Residents are asked not to bring syringes, lancets or illicit drugs, as well as marijuana.
